Problem Statement
Users were able to complete tasks, but the experience wasn’t efficient.
Key issues:
● Navigation wasn’t always clear
● Some workflows required unnecessary steps
● Users had to think too much to complete simple actions
Approach
I started by reviewing existing flows and identifying friction points.
From there:
● Simplified navigation structures
● Reduced unnecessary steps in key workflows
● Created wireframes to explore different approaches
● Tested and refined designs through iteration
Solution
The redesign focused on clarity and ease of use.
Key changes:
● Cleaner layout and improved visual hierarchy
● More intuitive navigation
● Streamlined user flows to reduce effort
Impact
The improvements led to:
● Faster task completion
● Reduced user confusion

Reflection
This project was a good reminder that usability isn’t just about functionality—it’s about how easily users can move through a product without friction
